The Dental Van will be arriving at Sunshine Beach State High School on Monday 21st November in Term 4. It will be located between the Performing Arts building & the Student Activity Centre (the usual location) and will stay for approx. 2-3months (closed from Dec 23, 2022 – Jan 25, 2023). This service is provided by the Sunshine Coast Hospital & Health Service - Qld Health.
FREE general dental care is available to Queensland resident children who are:
• 0 -17 year olds, who are eligible for the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS), where services are bulk-billed to Medicare (Please present your current Medicare card at the appointment)
• 0 - 3 year olds & students who have completed Year 10, who hold or are listed as a dependant on a valid Centrelink concession card (please present your card at the appt)
• 4 years of age through to the end of Year 10 (Not eligible for CDBS or a Concession Card)

information sheet PDF, 3292 KB) to the Front Office at school as soon as possible. Forms will also available from the School Office (& the Dental Van once it arrives), if you are unable to print forms at home.
