Wednesday 8th February is School Photo Day. All students must wear their formal school uniform. There will be a catch-up day on Friday 17th February for any students that are absent on the 8th.
Where – Library
How – classroom teachers will take their class at these allocated times during the day
Senior 1 – year 12
Lesson 1 – Year 11
Lesson 2 – Year 9 & 10
Lesson 3 – Year 8
Lesson 4 – Year 7
(some classes in particular year levels with offsite activities in their lessons will be taken at morning tea)
Student requirements -
- Be in full formal school uniform - formal shirt , blouse with tie, school short/skirt - No Sports shirts, polos, jumpers or guernseys
- Remove chains, jewellery, and piercings (in accordance with school policies).
- Have minimal make up (in accordance with school policy).
- Ensure hair is groomed neatly (in accordance with school policy)
- This is the Year 12 graduation photograph so is required to look good
Catch up day – students absent on this day will have their photo taken on Friday 17 February 2023.

Parents who want to order Family Photos can the use same Access Key EV659T49.
Family Photo orders must be done by 4:30pm the night before Photo Day so we can organise a list of Family Photos that need to be taken. Any Family Photos that have not been ordered before the cut-off will not be taken. Unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions on the day.
All students will have an individual photo taken on Photo Day regardless if they are ordering or not. Individual student ordering will stay open after Photo Day.
Orders placed after we have printed the bulk of orders will be sent directly to parents and will incur a postage charge per order.
